UNO vs Pro Mini

Energy was saved by using the Arduino Pro mini which is much more efficient than it's larger counterpart the Uno. This device in optimal conditions can become 2000 times more efficient than the Uno.

Another power save was in the code. The motors that control the speed only reach a max of 39% of max speed. This further limits the current that is drawn by the device. At its new max speed it draws 120mA vs its 300mA max draw at its actual max speed.
